Red bell pepper (shredded) 50g
Green bell pepper (shredded) 50g
Cucumber (shredded) 50g
Purple cabbage (shredded) 50g
Japanese pickled daikon (shredded) 50g
Japanese seaweed salad 50g
Japanese pickled ginger 25g
Dressing:
LKK Chinese Style Vinaigrette Dressing   4Tbsp
Tip:

  1. You can adjust the proportions of dressing to suit your taste.
  2. If you do not have access to salmon sashimi, you may use smoked salmon, cooked ham, chicken or turkey.
