Ganoderma Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon head

  • 1 medium  Ganoderma

  • 25g  Ginger

  • 1  Garlic head

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1 handful of  Goji berries

  • 1/2 cup  Rice wine

Steps

  1. Add the ganoderma to boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.

  1. Cut the bamboo shoots into cubes and add into the water with the garlic, ginger and goji berries.

  1. Place the salmon into the pan and add 1/2 cup of rice wine.

  2. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes until cooked.
