Steamed Tofu with Chuan Xiong

(Recipe provided by)


  • 1 block of  Soft tofu

  • To taste  Chuan xiong

  • To taste  Goji berries

  • 2  Shiitake mushrooms

  • 2 slices of  Jinhua ham


  1. Slice the mushrooms and ham into thin batons and spread evenly over the top of the tofu.

  1. Top with the Chuan Xiong slices and goji berries.

  1. Place plate onto a steaming rack in a pan with water, cover, and steam for 15 minutes.
