Grosvenori Momordica Fruit Soup

  • 1  Grosvenori Momordica fruit

  • 1  Snow fungus

  • 2  Pears

  • 1  Papaya

  • 1 tablespoon  Sweet & bitter apricot kernel

  • Dried Figs

  • 4 pieces Dried Chinese mushroom

  • Steps

    1. Wash and clean all the ingredients. Peel the papaya, cut into pieces; cut the pears; set aside.

    1. Soak the snow fungus and dried figs until soft.

    2. Put all the ingredients into half a pot of cold water, turn the heat to high and bring it to the boil.

    3. When it boils, turn the heat to low and boil for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Turn the heat to high and boil for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.
