Peanut and Black-Eyed Pea Soup with Chicken Feet


  • 60g black-eyed peas

  • 60g peanuts

  • 2 sweet dates

  • 4-6 dried scallops

  • 10 chicken feet

  • 300g pork

  • 2500ml water


  1. Cut the nails on the chicken feet. Put the chicken feet and the pork in cold water bring it to a boil.

  2. Soak the black-eyed peas and peanuts in cold water for at least one hour.

  3. Soak the dried scallops in cold water for at least 3 hours and keep the water.

  4. Put all the ingredients in cold water and cook on high heat. Bring it to a boil and continue to cook for 15-30 minutes. Change to low heat and cook for another 2 hours or more.
