Stir-Fried Cabbage with Dried Shrimp


  • 10-15 dried shrimp

  • 1 cabbage

  • 4 slices of ginger

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 2 teaspoons of cooking wine

  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  1. Soak dried shrimp in water until they are soft. Keep the water.

  2. Cut and clean the cabbage.

  3. Stir fry the ginger and the garlic until they are aromatic.

  4. Add the dried shrimp and continue to stir fry.

  5. Add the cabbage. Then, pour in the water from earlier, along with sugar, cooking wine and salt. Continue to stir fry the cabbage until it is fully cooked.
