Baby Bak Choi with Salted Egg and Century Egg


  • 300g baby bak choi

  • 1 century egg

  • 1 salted egg

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 slices of ginger

  • 250ml chicken stock

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar


  1. Wash the baby bak choi.

  2. Peel the century egg and cut into cubes.

  3. Steam the salted egg and cut into cubes.

  4. Smash the garlic. Sauté it with the ginger on medium heat.

  5. Add in the salted egg and the century egg. Stir fry slightly. Add the baby bak choi and continue to stir fry.

  6. Add the chicken stock. When it boils, add sugar.
