Stir-Fried Chicken with Chinese Yam and Goji Berries

Ingredients

  • 300g chicken

  • 1 Chinese yam

  • 20 goji berries

Marinade:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of cooking wine

  • 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch

  • 1 tablespoon of water

Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

  • 3 tablespoon of water

  • 1/2 sesame oil

Steps

  1. Remove the tendon in the chicken and cut into thin slices. Mix well with the marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Remove the skin of the Chinese yam and cut into thick slices. Soak the goji berries in water for 10 minutes.

  3. Stir fry the chicken on high-medium heat. Add the Chinese yam.

  4. Pour in the seasoning and cook until the sauce thickens. Add the goji berries.
