Fresh Prawns in Maggi Sauce

Ingredients

  • 15 fresh prawns

Marinade:

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of maggi sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cooking wine

  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch

Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of maggi sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of water

Steps

  1. Clean the prawns and remove the head and shell.

  2. De-vein the prawns and add in the marinade. Marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Pan fry both sides of the prawns on high-medium heat.

  4. Add the sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens.
