Shredded Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops

  • 2 cloves of garlic

Marinade:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cooking wine

  • 1/4 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon of water

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of black vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine

  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoon of water

Steps

  1. Clean the pork chops. Cut into shreds. Add the marinade in and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Smash the garlic and sauté on high-medium heat.

  3. Add in the shredded pork and pan-fry both sides. Take the pork and garlic out.

  4. Pour the sauce in. Cook on high heat until it starts thickening. Add in only the shredded pork and stir fry until the sauce thickens completely.
