Rinse the beef clean and pat dry. Cut the beef into thin slices. Add in the marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
Wash and dry the coriander. Cut the coriander in thirds.
Smash the garlic gently. Chop the chili peppers into small cubes.
Sauté the garlic on medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir fry briefly until it is medium to well-done. Remove the beef from the pan and add in the coriander and stir-fry until it softens. Add the beef back in. Pour the sauce and chilli peppers in. Cook until the sauce thickens.
