Drunken Chicken Roll


  • Chicken thigh 2 pcs

  • Rice wine 400 ml

  • Drunken chicken sauce 200 ml

  • Goji 10 grams

  • Angelica 8 grams

  • Foil Paper


  1. Use a knife to spread out the thicker thigh, marinate with rice wine and salt.

  1. Place chicken thigh onto foil paper, roll up and put goji and angelica.

  1. Steam for 30 minutes.

  1. Remove from steam and soak in cold water right away; keep the soup from the bowl.

  1. Add drunken chicken sauce and rice wine.

  1. After soaking and refrigerating overnight, it is ready to be sliced and eaten!
