Crispy Hash Brown

Ingredients

  • Potato 2 pcs

  • Olive oil 10 g

  • Salt 4 g

  • Black pepper 1 g

  • Basil 1 g

  • Onion powder 1 g

  • Garlic powder 1 g

Steps

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.

  1. Season the grated potatoes with the ingredient mixtures.

  1. Once the pan is hot and the oil is shimmering, add the potatoes and spread them out, in low heat.

  1. Flip over to the other side after 5 minutes and cook for another 5 minutes.

  1. Ready to serve.
